This home addition and renovation has come together beautifully, blending functionality with modern design.

What was already a spacious family home was ready for a fresh update and a thoughtful reallocation of zones to better suit the homeowners’ needs.

By adding a dedicated bedroom wing for the kids, we were able to reimagine the upper floor, creating a luxurious Master suite complete with a private retreat, a Balcony, and a welcoming guest room.

The transformation extends beyond the interiors—new cladding, stylish window trims, and refreshed landscaping have significantly enhanced the home’s street appeal, giving it a striking and contemporary presence.
