Project Brief
Although happy with the location of their large, family home, there were fundamental design and flow issues our clients were keen to resolve including proximity of the indoor and outdoor Living areas, size and functionality of the Kitchen and location of the amenities. Budget permitting, they were also keen for a new Master Suite, re-design of the Entry and a zone for their son to call his own.
Transformation
A large, inviting Entry now leads to a functional, stylish Kitchen which has become the hub of the home. A servery window opens to the northern oriented Alfresco which integrates beautifully with the open-plan internal Living spaces making entertaining a dream.
Secondary bedrooms to the rear of the home were combined to create a stunning Master Suite with a large, light-filled walk-in-robe and an Ensuite to envy. The relocation and re-design of the Bath and Laundry have also been a huge success
AND…it was all achieved within budget while surpassing client expectations!
