After approaching various project home builders and being left disappointed, the clients approached us hoping to find someone who would listen to their needs and help make their vision a reality.
A late colonial, character home, the family were in desperate need for practical indoor and outdoor living spaces which encompassed their existing pool and didn’t compromise the integrity of the old residence.
Outcome
As you walk down the passage of this late colonial home with its high ceilings, wooden floorboards, and decorative trim, you do not expect to find the open, light-filled living area beyond.
