Project Brief
A battle-axe block located in a 100-year floodplain precinct, the site brought unique complexities. With views to the river at the rear and northern orientation to the front, the design needed to carefully consider how to encompass the outlook while also being solar passive.
Outcome
The end result is a practical, stylish, comfortable home that the homeowners are very proud to call their own.
