Having collaborated on their previous home, we understood our client’s style and approach which made the design process smooth and enjoyable.
Situated on the banks of the Swan River with breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere, it was essential that the home referenced the river and created a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors. The design needed to feature clean, open, symmetrical spaces, blending modern design with heritage charm.
In keeping with the Local Planning Scheme requirements and environmental considerations, the location and construction of services and structures required careful planning to ensure sustainability and protect the natural surroundings.
